I currently am in debt by almost $55k, almost $27k in student loan, $11k in credit card, and $18k in a trailer that I had to buy for an emergency (dad’s place he was renting caught fire).

CONTEXT-(30k in credit card debt, split between 4 cards, mostly in charged off status)(one vehicle loan that was charged off, is now caught up to current, not paid off, 50k original loan amount)(some card companies are contacting me trying to make a deal, so likely only have to pay 20k of debt off.

The only thing they are asking for is $950 for appraisal upfront with my credit card.  

If I play my cards right and take action judiciously, I know it can work out.

They can pay with cash, ACH, or credit card.

My assumption is that all tenants have an interest in keeping their cards close.

A heloc is an open end mortgage or in simple terms its a high risk credit line similar to a credit card that sits in 2nd lien position adding another trade line to your credit and reducing DTI.Just like a credit card if you ever miss a payment on any debts on credit or if your scores drop unexpectedly they bank can close or reduce your line of credit.

The guy messaging me says he will be the primary person of contact and be paying with a credit card for payments.

I've tried using greeting cards of various colors, using off season stamps, hand writing the letters, using colored paper, and even putting photos of projects I've done.
