Some of them may be legit, most will be snake oil salesmen, but you as a newbie won't necessarily be able to tell the two apart.Otherwise, if you want to go the active route and build your investment skills, you can certainly do that in either market you mentioned.

It is honestly tough out here for all of us.I am going to be honest @Paul De Luca stole my thunder, he rattled off some great cash flow areas.Not sure if this is your first upcoming deal or not, but I recommend putting slightly less attention on the numbers and just getting a deal under your belt.

Your contractor surely has a snake or could have borrowed a long one to push the clog through but it sounds as though the HOA already fixed the problem.

7 months of use--run a snake and clean it out (might just be normal use clogging).Drano, renters will use it unless you forbid it in the contract, and then sometimes they will forget and use it.Some plumbers will charge more for a drano filled mess than a regular clog, some will not take the job.Time to pull out the checkbook and pay for some pipe repair.If the pipes were so worn that the Drano ate through them, maybe there are other drain leaks in the near future.How to snake a bathtub: https://www.youtube.com/watch?

So I'm willing to bet her next play is some sort of complaint against the LLC.We are torn between wait and see if she leaves in 2 weeks (let sleeping dogs lie) or be preemptive and try to remove the injunction off my husbands record (remove the head of the snake before it vomits out more venom).This is all the most bizarre stuff we've ever encountered.

However keep in mind in the wild world of wholesaling many sellers just don't honor contracts and will sell to the next person who gives them a better offer. this leads to threats and so on and so forth.. but pretty costly to enforce contracts and so the profit might not be worth fighting for.but if you get the reputation of snaking other investors ( not saying you would or have done this) that might not be too good for you long term.
