I'd need to acquire/build the following (local zoning and permitting allowing):-A 10-15 acre parcel-Main gated entrance with office building nurse's station and leasing offices-Possibly a second gated entrance at the opposite end for emergency services-A common area with garden surrounded by a circle of buildings including a dining hall, cafe, "office building" (fake offices with toy phones, etc), small movie theater and a rec center-A large, two story apartment building with medical facility (for those with late stage conditions)-Two small "suburbs" of tiny homes for higher functioning residents (stand alone studio apartments with no kitchen for safety reasons).  

So a 3 bed with theater area, pool table - add an xbox to that theater setup, add a multicade in there and that will do better than a 4 bed that doesn't have that setup.

Anyway, can't we lobby the City of Philadelphia to get rid of this retesting every year requirement or is there something I'm missing??? 

NYU Theater does 6 shows a year, and she feels that would give her the learning and experience needed to land opportunity when she finishes.She's also very aware that $200K is a tremendous amount of debt, that she isn't looking forward too.Her older brother used the initial $25K we had for him along with scholarships to attend U of U, and also became a resident assistant.

Mortgage and real estate groups are already lobbying and trying to oppose the new price hits, as it seems like a direct tax on people who purchase second homes and everyone that lives in a high cost area.

I am fine with a tenants rights group, provided they are just a lobbying group advocating for fair treatment.

@Rachelle MalkoffWell the first thing we did was to fix up the place and added a washer/dryer to the lobby so the tenants have a place to do laundry & don't have to go to a laundry mat.

A wealth of family attractions are also nearby, including amusement parks, water parks, go-karting, and a movie theater.

Lobby your elected officials.
