There’s a whole lot more thinking necessary than just stumbling across a YouTube video and being enticed by a change in lifestyle dream.  

Just finished my major in Business Management and am receiving my Management and Supervision certificate this summer.I've been studying real estate for a few years now, have watched tons of videos, calculated and ran numbers on numerous properties and listings, and talked with many lenders and real estate agents, but because I don't have anyone in my circle that's well-experienced in REI's I've hesitated to pull the trigger on anything.I'm looking to fix and flip, BRRR, LTR, MTR, STR, or multi-family.

i have been introduced to Partner Driven through a friend who got a marketing piece, reached out to them, applied online, wathed their videos and setup a call.

Are you able to get a video scope down a sewer line with a whole house trap? 

Knowns: ground will be rock, no overhangs, typical 8ft fence with one automatic gate with key pad entry for both entry and exit, lighting and video surveillance. 

For the flip side we currently still do mail (less though), less calling, reasonable amount of ppc and youtube videos. 

I have been reading the forums, listening to podcasts and reading books and videos for over 6 months getting very motivated... but living in Spain I have to transfer what works diferently and what works the same than in the US or UK markets that are where most the info comes from.I would like to get in touch with other local spanish inverstors and see what strategies work best here...

I just want to make sure it's not a scam.Also, I like the fact that the program has video, how-to modules.
