I remember coming across tenant screening sites that allow landlords to put comments down about past tenants to forewarn future landlords. Does anyone know of any sites?

WARNING WHINNING SESSION TO START: (Break out the violins) Every time come up w/ an idea to try to get out of the rat race there's always some weird rule that get's in the way.

The judgement I have is attached to the eviction itself so I figured even if it's just worth pennies on the dollar, I think it's still worth it for the sake of warning the next landlord that goes to screen this person.

What are the consequences, dig up the OO rider you signed and I'm sure there's a warning on it against fraud and tells you what the penalty is.

But I'd rather show it 10 times before it's vacated if it'll save me 15-30+ days of vacancy.I also warn the prospective tenant before the showing that the unit is occupied and the current tenant is getting ready to or in the process of moving, so please disregard any messes or disorganization.

When break is up i will give 5 min warning and i need you to applause when we regather.

I'm looking for advice, warnings and, hopefully, some encouragement!

We landed in the middle of the night and while taxiing to the terminal, the cabin crew warned us of the "Winter Storm" taking place outside.

Just a note of friendly warning: more than once on these forums I've come across the equivalent of "Well, the first person I talked to at Wells Fargo said OK, but then the second guy........ " I don't know what it is with those first guys at Wells Fargo ;)I want to be encouraging, but I'm thinking you might be better off picking just one of these two properties.

Looks like it is some sort of MLM scheme with real estate...Just trying to find out more about it so I can warn people away from it.
