You're not there to see what's actually being done, so it's easy for a company to do less than stellar work without you knowing, or allow delays to drag (which means more time without cash flow) because it's doesn't much matter to them. 

And each time I read some property management horror story on this forum, I feel lucky that I worked with Ohio Cashflow.Another option that I would like to mention is Andrew Fidler and his company LaPlante.I have never done business with him but he has some stellar reviews in the forum.

My experiences were less than stellar.

GC always has stellar marketing and I dont claim to know much but something in my gut tells me he's running a short term game right now. 

Both countries have very predictable and stellar growth curves providing you avoid the sheep mentality.
