For out-of-state networking, I'd focus on engaging regularly in BP forums (like you're doing now), joining virtual meetups in your target markets, and connecting with active BP members who consistently provide value here.

As an active cyclist and triathlete, I am looking at places that are cycling and outdoor sports destinations to cater a rental to athletes.

Funny how all the accounts with positive things to say about Dream Rentals are “Account Closed” and Al, those with negative things to say about Dream Rentals are still active. 

Many of my relatives have been born, lived and died in that house over the past couple centuries, and everyone who's been there that's sensitive to ghost activity has told us it's haunted.
