@Trenton Pelloquin There are certainly benefits to QBO, including the fact that many in the industry players are using it, which could facilitate delegation of bookkeeping activities and tax preparation. 

We are still in the beginning stage so I have lots of questions and am here seeking the advice of seasoned investors. 

It’s a great time to buy during the low season to get launched, stabilized and get your tax write offs now (60% bonus depreciation this year vs 40% next year).  

Seasoned.

They don't care where the money for closing comes from and they don't need to season the funds.
