Are you competing with large scale property management firms or small scale investors 1 to 3 properties?

Dealpath seems like it could be a great fit if we scale as projected over the next 3 years, but I want to make sure we're choosing the best tool for our needs.Ideally, we're looking for software that allows us to integrate our existing Excel models and helps with deal organization and KPI tracking.

Something to consider down the line if you plan to scale this Ohio based company [LLC] 

If you have larger goals of scaling and buying a lot of properties, then you should outsource to a PM.

I stay away from historical buildings in general for all of the above reasons and more, unless it's a larger scale commercial building with concrete floors and great "bones" that can separate the uses/tenants better.

My clients who successfully scale almost always close even when issues pop up during inspections, its the first time buyers or those with under 3 properties who cancel.
