We do the land up keep and figured in the long run if we can use the other half of our plot for events it will offset any land keeping expense (do not mean anything by this just sharing , faith and movies always say helping others brings good luck.

You can get a decent quality tub without breaking the bank and if you layout the bathroom where the tub faucet is in the wall you can save some money because floor mounted tub fillers and their rough in are are expensive.

I would do a cashiers check to the Trustee ( all them basically were in Seattle ) I would hire courier to hand deliver ( we knew all the staff personally at these companies so we could call them for a reinstatement figure) So those funds were couriered to Trustee I recorded the deed and the sale would be cancelled on the steps and foreclosure buyers would be bummed out as they chased these for months only to have them go away and have no clue what happened..
