Now, there does seem to be a lot of negativity towards 5-figure training classes, as many of us believe spending that much money isn't necessary in order to be successful in this business (though even 5-figure training is okay with me if the value is there...I just have never seen it).

I wouldn't get my hopes up as he really has no obligation to, but if he sees a $5K item he can offer and forcing the legal aspect would cost $5K as well, he just might go with path of least resistance...The other aspect is you should 100% figure out exactly what the cost for you to take care of your items would be.

@Erich OertelRecommend you first figure out the property Class you want to invest in, THEN figure out the corresponding location to invest in.If you apply Class A assumptions to a Class B or C purchase, your expectations won’t be met and it may be a financial disaster.If you buy/renovate a Class A property in Class D area, what quality of tenant will you get?
