Hi and Happy Holidays!

I've been off board for awhile due to spending Holidays in Cancun.

Then letting it get passed during the holidays back in the day.

What you really want to be doing is checking out a movie, relaxing or playing video games - that's what de-stresses you.

I got laid off right before the holidays and haven't had any luck finding a job in commercial RE(where I was before) and he is just getting out of school.

So, when this lady applied, I relaxed my screening and on top of that, the government(Section 8) paid 100% of her rent. 

I carpool 1 hour to work, and 90 minutes home, every day..When I get home, I'M TIRED, no matter which one of us was driving..But I find participating in forums like this to be relaxing and enjoyable.

They seem to be more weary of the higher price point flips with the holidays fast approaching.
