The purpose of the spreadsheet is to know if a house on the market is worth purchasing or not based on the criteria from the Rental Property Investing book.I want to create a spreadsheet that includes the 2% rule along with the list of costs for a more detailed analysis (roofing, windows, water heater, vacancy, etc.).I don’t want to create spreadsheet and “reinvent the wheel” if someone already created a spreadsheet that they don’t mind sharing.Take Care

An investor from FL told me that 70% of the mandatory flood insurance is now issued by the State owned insurance company, because the private companies are more and more moving out of FL, the flood risks are getting too high for them.The Midwest still has a rustbelt image from the 70s and 80s, but at least Milwaukee has been quietly reinventing itself over the last 10 years or so.
