Downtown exploded with 30 story Towers as the Mayor did all she could to turn that into a Concrete Jungle where everybody can work online from their expensive apartments and walk to all the stores and fancy restaurants.

I don't want to put a lot of time into scheduling the estimates if there's a big red flag with the house (money pit). 

Unless I’m wrong.I thought maybe to buy apartment in 400K range in Miami in some tower and make airbnb from this, I know there is huge competition but a lot of people always coming there for vacation what is your thoughts ?

As for your negative cash flow situation, being in the red 900/month is not a good place to be in, especially considering an emergency can happen at any time.
