It's a good, reasonably wealthy area that is currently in a building frenzy with restaurants and recreational areas.

You have a few things at play there that just cant be recreated in most other markets in the world... 

But there is amazing recreation within an hour of the city.

It is a condo where everything not inside your unit is a common element or a community of SFRs with private roads and some park-like or recreational common areas?

For the next two years they lived with Kimo’s parents, drove old cars, never went on vacation, and rarely did any recreational activities that cost money.

It would be recreational land or camp, not an investment property (unless its waterfront and I can rent it).
