Jo-Ann, Hemet values did suffer from the downturn, but the rebound has not been as fast as other IE markets along the I-15 & I-215 corridors, which is one reason why I like the area.

PHX melted down many of the 4 plexs went 100% vacant and of course the buyers used maximum debt they lost them in droves to the banks..the SFR is sold in PDX market went down about 20% and have fully rebounded but rentals kept at a 1% vacancy factor so they rode through it just fine...

So, it seems we must either find additional information that may help us determine the amount that remains to be purchased. .......or we just wait until supply rebounds, signaling that GS is done with the program.I know.....this is not helpful.....but current status is unclear to the point of being useless.....Thanks for the heads up as it allows us to seek out information going forward that may help us estimate when the deals will begin to flow again.
