I tend to sell a lot more of the latter, because most of my investors are high net worth individuals that are more concerned with safety and long term wealth generation than they are with cash flow.

I think we just need to get that first investment done to get our feet wet and really get the ball rolling but wondering that with the fortunate situation I’m in with a great safety net already, is there a “best” way to start?

Safety is very relative.

You have to prioritize your health and fitness.   

Ok your responses are from lenders that want to make money lending HM.HM is basically not appropriate for any kind of longer term hold  ONLY fix and flip and only if you really know what your doing.I would be very cautious borrowing money..better set up for you and safety is going to be a JV deal.. where the PL is your equity partner and is in it long term with you if its rentals you want to start to acquire.

I am considering letting her show some units but I am worried for her safety.Does anyone have any thoughts on this like if its a bad idea or maybe has some safety protocols I could put in place?
