I think the years of penny pinching and negotiating such good labor prices my mind won't let me switch from paying guys that I molded for the last 10 years to automatically go from 15hr to 25hr just because they are bidding out instead of working by the hour.

Except it is better because although the car will depreciate, it could be sold in a pinch if you had a couple thousand to cover the deficiency.So, what I am saying is, in the right scenario, financing your vehicle, rather than paying cash, does not need to be considered any differently than any other form of raising borrowed money.

I have another plan to harvest much better data from these same counties and that is what I am working on now.In a pinch I can use AgentPro247 to come up with a list but even though I filtered for "Tax Distressed" properties, it does not seem to deliver.

LOL, it's the poor slobs standing out there with signs and going to rallies who will feel the pinch that they brought upon themselves by the division caused....when you're trying to pay your mortgage, I'll be sitting in my paid off home....but for the sake of the country, you better find ways to work together.

in reality there is no given set of numbersyou have to take in consideration the market which nobody can predictwhen your looking at the refi rate and if you can pull a little money out the trick is to keep that money in a cubby hole for the rainy days- they will come it just is a matter of whenrun them at a 65% rate or lower just to make sure all the bases are covered, this way you know if you get in a pinch you always have the option to sell and try to cover all the loss if that happenscrunch the numbers from the bank point of view- you being the bank and not wanting to short yourselfenjoy
