Hi everyone, As a first time out-of-state investor, I've heard buzz about promising neighborhoods in Columbus, like North Linden, Olde Towne East, and Franklin Park, known for their potential cash flow and appreciation.

I've focused my attention in the area between Hwy 44 and Gravois Ave from Tower Grove Park down to River Des Peres for a nice intersection of price and condition.

Mobile homes in Parks are affordable housing as well as MH on private cheap lots in certain parts of the country.. and then of course you have HUGE areas of the mid west and rust belt were you can buy all sorts of houses for 200k and under.. they already exist..

I am starting a park that will end up with roughly 20-25 lots on plot of land that's roughly 20 acres (including an existing 4/2 house).

They still have to load up, drive, find parking, etc.  

I've got to replace about 40' of sewer line out to the street at my rental in Orland Park.
