Hi Devin, yes my company does contracting work and we also work with the City of Birmingham on many projects..

They removed all their content from the web and I got an email from my coach saying she no longer worked for the company.

The market has been growing in terms of population, jobs and, major companies moving here like Intel, Google, Meta, etc. 

@Wade Wisner Our company has been in the space for well over a decade, i would suggest the key to finding quality notes is networking in networks of those who are creating notes already and don't know they can sell them.  

When I first began, working with a property management company, they asked me to provide (and list clearly) the starter set that came with the house.

I get into contract in my operating company and then assign the contract to the new LLC prior to closing.
