No matter how easy people make it seem, it is the opposite for a beginner.Because at work for them does not mean to work for somebody else in a different location of a different background.Short-term rentals are much more complex and long-term rental regardless of the rah rah above.You do not know any of us and none of us are going to be there if problems crop up.As I said previously several times, being a long distance from your property the major problem when things go wrong.Property managers are notorious for sometimes turning into lemons.

I've almost never had a problem with destructive guests, or even accidental damage, but AirBNB is notorious for being terrible about reimbursing hosts for costs like that.
