A few years ago I saw someone recommended on here by a few people, most who had never worked with them, and a quick search revealed that they had spent time in prison for dealing drugs. 

IF one person is alive, then that person does have possession, even if prison is his destination after he gets out of the hospital. 

Maybe they have lived in dorms drug free for 90 days already, then again they may be druggies right off the street, or folks right out of prison.
