This baffles me.... how can you do NO screening?

The power company supplied and installed the new meters (at no charge, at least not yet) and verified all the work around the 4 gang meter pan was done up to their standards.

Close to a cool little town, close to an area attraction, etc....Also do a search here and see how to screen guests, in addition to what the hosting sites do.... like no last minute bookings, no short stays....

Ive also asked if they have other previous borrowers that I could talk and was told no for their privacy.

If they fail to pay, then you can choose to try eviction or just hold the charges until the end of their lease and collect it from their deposit.
