It's best to get it solved now obviously because when the spring melt hits the water will be coming into the basement if it's not properly taken care of.

I think there is definitely more money to be made in this economy, especially because there will be a melt up.....BUT I think one of the best things investors can do right now is get your purchasing power in order for when that time comes.

I think I tapered off of the path, I think the summary  / take home message here is that Cleveland is an amazing melting pot of cultural influence/impact, we have individuals spanning the entire globe, only beautifying our city more and more.
