Disappointed they put the septic tank relatively close to the house, even though the lot is over an acre.Neither Suncoast nor SI disclosed they were building other homes and marketing them for rent at the same time -- at a lower rate.I went under contract to buy a home in Ocala from SI in Summer 2018.

Nor took any action against 2 Trillion induced losses during GFC, by any banker or rating agency etc, but suppose it can't hurt to get some of your frustration out by filing a complaint, and the RADD managers may be dumb enough to give you back some of your money, as they purported to in 1 review (probably a lie).If I were in RADDs shoes today, I would have 2 choices, file bankruptcy and disperse assets after paying all liabilities, probably <50 cents on the dollar for investors, or do what they are doing, which is to go to church every day and pray for lower rates and tell the investors to go pound Sand.

I think it was Airbnb that had suggestions for me to lower my pricing because they were scanning the competition (Booking.com in that scenario) and saw a lower price.

I do not have to do anything right now, I just need to learn, wait for the right opportunities, or create them - for example by trying to use subject to and take over someone else's payments who locked in a lower interest rate from a few years ago.

You'll have to read the details in your PPM and Capital Call notice but generally you send in more money to maintain or decrease, but never increase, your original position, It's not like putting money into a losing stock where you now own more of the company for a lower average price.You're far from the only person this has happened to.
