Hi everyone, I'm wondering if anyone knows of a landscaping (or other) contractor in the Richmond area that could re-grade a back yard?

They also charged just under 250 for landscaping, even though there is no grass to be cut.

We did our upgrades incrementally,  with emphasis on the common area upgrades/landscaping plus repairing/replacing broken appliances.
