We would just be providing the property for them to place their patients and staff.

A key step is also meeting with the City and/or all entities who are involved in permitting.

The key is having a clear plan and taking action.Start by building a strong team—find contractors, realtors, and property managers you trust.

In my experience, cash flow is key, especially for long-term holds, so running a detailed DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) analysis might be a good step here.On the flip side, if you're eyeing faster returns, a flip might be more lucrative.

They also have a 'turn key' annuity asset that they can count on for consistent retirement income.

The key is marketing on a wide distribution of channels to get a billboard effect and attract those mid term renters.  

That is key, the consistency, and showing that for what you can get will be the indicator if they work or not.

We aren't zoned for a campground or RV park nor do we want to pursue changing the zoning to that, but keeping it low-key and low-density it doesn't attract attention, nor are we putting massive cap ex into it.
