Every day I mark how many calls to leads I made, how many people I contacted (and was it email, call, text) from my database/past clients....how many social media posts I answered or made, etc.I don't know if that's automating, but every week I can quickly see how much of each money generating thing I did.Do you use Google Calendar? 

Personally I wouldn't feel comfortable trying to wholesale a relatives $1M home knowing that I am breaking the law if I cross over into doing anything that can be considered representing them in the transaction, and knowing it will only be marketed to people who buy properties wholesale (typically investors who don't want to pay retail prices), instead of the majority of retail buyers active in the market who are typcially willing to pay more. 

Your right there buddy, freaking LONDON, literally a "bucket list" destination for people the world round.

I also wouldn't touch hilltop with a 10' pole. struggled. old homes, over budget renovations, lots of issues. realtors push people here since it's the only place cheap houses close to downtown can be good but homes are 1900-1920.

Some similar phone numbers and such to other short term companies that other people said were scams.

Just curious how accurate it is since people could potentially rely on it for their investment analysis and could be screwed if they use the wrong numbers.... 

It is big but I am hearing now people want dishwashers and w/d in units.

So, many people in your area may not realize its negotiable and just assume its always handled a certain way.

I am just curious how people scale when they don’t have a lot of liquid cash like me?
