If it sells fast the intrusion will be minimal AND the seller/owner will be happy.

Plus, I found parents to be intrusive.  

It's still their home and I think tenants should feel like it's their home, with minimal intrusion.  

They seem cheap, non intrusive, and not ugly from the outside.

Sometimes, as in a water intrusion or pipe leak event, quick action is essential to prevent much greater expenses.

And even if it was just the grounds out front of the building, it would be super intrusive to live with your landlord in your front yard constantly.If it was me, I'd never sign it and I'd keep looking, honestly.  

Plan on doing the exterior work 1st as the main concern for Foremost is the shell of the home being secure from the elements and intrusion.

The trick is to find out which is which without being unfair and intrusive to the real ones, as well as being able to smell it ahead of time so you won't be surprised in mid lease.In addition, I am also confused by some suggesting that an animal policy does not apply to service dogs or ESA. 

Plus it works 24/7, doesn't get thrown away before being read and can never be seen as intrusive or in bad taste.Most local real estate investors take the time to "kill it" online in their local market and this leaves a wide open area for you or any smart player to step in and dominate.Good luck in whatever you do!
