Hey @Ricardo CristobalLike you heard, rates are low and chances are high that they will rise in the near future.Where the rates are at any point in time doesn't matter so long as the numbers make sense in any deal you get into.Like most buyers, if you purchase residential real estate, you should qualify for long-term fixed rate interest.

1st thing- figure out how much income you need to replace and when2nd- reverse timeline from that point in time to see if this investment fits that strategy3rd- if it does, keep it.

Nobody wants their house sitting 98% done for 2-3 weeks because you didn’t order your cabinets in time and they couldn’t measure your counter tops until they were in.Now I take all this information and put it in reverse order on a calendar working back from the finish date.
