I'm looking for a good handyman and cleaners. 

Is it normal to not meet your cleaner? 

I know from an accounting / tax perspective this would make things cleaner but I want to get started in finding / making deals.

Particularly for those with mountain cabins, this is going to happen… How do you deal with evidence of a single mouse from your cleaner if guests have not seen a mouse or complained?

You can't only evaluate the ROI across the board because if you don't choose a good property, understand the metrics, and have good cleaners and management support, you will lose quickly in Airbnb.

Though we have vetted maintenance workers, cleaners, painters, etc. in the past as we built our "core team" and created systems for our properties, we have never used a PM before.

We actively run an airbnb out of our basement each day and it's been rather fruitful not having to pay for cleaners since we do all of the work ourselves.

It's happened with electricians, constructions crews, cleaners, painters, etc.
