Over the last 10-15 years I have seen the number of products and more consumer goods offered.If I am looking strictly for lumber, hardware, drywall, basic cabinets and appliances then Lowes is a good place.I have been disappointed many times when looking for plumbing supplies, electrical supplies, and even moldings, floor coverings, etc.In our area Home Depot has a much better supply though often they are a little more expensive than Lowes.

It comes in a spray or a gel and can usually be found at Ace Hardware...when you can't find something...try your local Ace, you'd be surprised.  

Many property managers vet prospective tenants by checking for a pulse and a wallet.

This includes cabinets, windows & doors, hardware, shower/tub inserts, among other things.

Aerators usually cost a few dollars(literally- like $3 or $4 each at the hardware store, or less on Amazon,) but can reduce faucet usage pretty dramatically. 

However, it's wifi capable.I would also consider getting some smart key door locks for common areas and possible get a card operating laundry machine instead of my current quarter collecting system.I have a 5 unit apartment building.Need advice on hardware, software, or a vender who specializes in this.Thanks,

I certainly hope he was either for real, or that if not, you split before he got into to your wallets!

This is called wallet training.

They typically appreciate and will open the wallet a little more for a place that's better than a typical worn-out rental.On the other hand, I wouldn't do the black basement ceiling.
