Are they right out onto the ground or are the plumbed to sewer/septic?

My approach is somewhat unique since I'm a builder; I build my units from the ground up and then decide whether to use them for LTRs, STRs, or sell them outright.

Lay two rows of rock about 4 inches off the ground and set the containers on top of them. 

Does anyone know if applying for 2 existing apartments on 2nd and  3rd floor with commercial space on ground floor in CMX4  zoning requires fire sprinkler system if no construction is needed? 

Is 20 year ground contact lumber common?

Getting in on the ground floor is probably a good idea.

On paper, our municipality looks more dangerous, but if you spent 10 minutes on the ground you would realize the reverse is true.Some parts of the country basically have a "catch and release" program for criminal behavior.
