You make revenue here and there but the goal is to generate enough in the winter to sustain all the expenses for the entire year.

My overall goal for my professional career is to start an investment firm and own a big multifamily portfolio and get into development.

I feel that any investment that makes financial sense according to your goals is a good place to start.
