You need to see how you communicate, things in common, are they honest, judge integrity, you may not need the most successful you may want more knowledge and experience with an agent that doesn't have to beat their head in to stay afloat, they may have retired from another profession so they may have time to take more interest in you.You're looking for a personal business relationship, not a girl friend or drinking buddy, but someone who has ethical standards, knows the business is current understands investing aspects and that has time to devote attention to you.

Immediately I'm like what is this girl on that's insane and unsafe for everyone.

I actually have a close friend (who's still in college) who owns two rental properties and manages them alongside his longtime girl friend who just happened to graduate from Marquette University with a Bachelors in Business and a whole bunch of other degrees, and they pitched an idea to me to start some sort of real estate business.

I work with a girl whose father flips houses for a living, and I think I may offer a helping hand just to see how it's done.

( sry i was attached to 1-82f/a my whole time at hood. ) back on topic though, @Filip Vaco  i would link up with @Brian Adams  he can show you where the VA repos are ( I'm assuming your MLS looks just like mine  and you can edit search to just VA properties. ) 

I was embarrassed at my naive expectations, but now realize I have to put on my big girl panties and DO something.I made several inquiries to mgt firms and am compiling proposals on behalf of our board.None of us have any experience, but are trying to learn and make the best choice.  

Glad to say, since I started my 5 year plan and finished it successfully, I've been pondering what my next moves should be.

In the meantime there's always the sheriff sale, NORA auctions (but nothing is left really), just good old fashioned FSBO, which is how I got my last property.I'm a Midcity girl myself with rental property near the fairgrounds and I'm also mid full gut and reno off Esplanade ... rough in stage (it's taking forever.. contractors!

I guess I figured if people like the Kardashian girls with ZERO talent can be on TV, so should I!
