From your description, it sounds as if your first architect doesn't believe you are serious about the project.

I do not know where you are so I am reluctant to say anything geographical except that I hope you are somewhere down south. 

He asked about the first one, as it was confusing with originally recorded errors in the legal description (two half duplexes where the legal descriptions had been swapped at the original sale).

Guess I should be more descriptive...there’s a big difference between carpets needing replaced and units that don’t have flooring except for subfloor.  

The description says that it's a burn out house and is not livable.

LP’s don’t typically show an address, just a legal description.
