I'm a football coach and teacher. 

South Carolina, 10 miles from a decent sized university (huge football following), literally surrounded by lakes and mountains.

With that being stated,Education: I have a bachelors degree in Criminal Justice (non RE related) from the University Of South Carolina where I plaid 4 years of Division 1 football. 

A set of baseball and football cards for a % of a fishing lodge in Red Lake Ontario. 

I'm willing to trade leg-work for knowledge, I'm in courthouses alot (gov't contracts), have bankers as business clients and share my office with a property management company, so real estate seemed like a good opportunity to use what's around me.If anyone in the area can help a newbie with some questions and getting started, I'll buy beers over a football game.Thanks for having me, and I look forward to talking with people who DO.

My background has been high school education/coaching (special education, pe, health, football) for the past 7 years.

It was a good move as it is generating ~$200 per month from the tenant and in a very good area to rent out for weekend Notre Dame Football home games in the fall.My wife works for a commercial real estate firm and is licensed and I am looking to get licensed as well to make the process more seamless.
