The condition is so bad the home is not worth the purchase price for collateral. 

As a beginner you are green enough that you need to temper your enthusiasm to make sure you don’t bite at bad deals.  

I think you are letting your feelings get in the way of making bad business decisions.

If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

The fighting over them is endless.

Bad electrical is dangerous.  

I do have folks that don't book because of that.That is a good thing as not understanding the distance to get places will create bad blood and cause those 2 and 3 star reviews which no one wants to see.Like , our place isn't cheap so we don't get the folks that destroy places.The bottom line is that you are renting out an expensive asset to strangers for 3-10 days or whatever.

I used to think all realtors were more or less the same as well :)Of course there's good and bad and shades in between.  

Any prospective resident with bad credit or a prior eviction is going to have an impossible time finding a place to live.
