What large company isn’t thinking about their footprint right now?

Some of these big box retail spaces in the urban core have huge land footprints that can be redeveloped into some much more urban friendly areas. 

(any environmental issue)?  

I'm one of the rare individuals on this forum that is not interested in enlarging my footprint and can see myself selling in a few years so my goal is to increase property value.

We are also highly interested in building short term rentals such as eco airbnb's, as the cash flow of that route and the small footprint/simplicity of that direction would work well with our family. 

We have an environmental/ hazardous waste company pick up the drum for us.

Student housing is very profitable but the foot print of student housing in Scranton is small.

In Baltimore City, the things that keep neighborhoods from falling apart are major employers like Hopkins (Hospital and Unjversity), MICA, Mercy, Stratford etc. they have sweetheart deals with the city, whereby they keep on expanding their footprint and improving the neighborhoods where they’re located.  

I think a lot of this depends on the age and construction of property, what amenities it has, and the environmental factors (geography / weather).
