It’s also totally allowed and do-able if you have a single or two family to create a separate space- you just have to label it as a “room in your house” even if it has a separate entrance.

The house has 2 patio doors in front with no other entrances.

We just worked with them on the design of an ADA compliant entrance on a commercial storefront. 

Both units have amazing parking, with one of them being a two car garage. its just the left side of the home that is connected to the busy road, with the main entrance being off of a side street.

Currently, both reasonable entrances to the building take you through a bedroom before you reach either the living room or the kitchen. 

At the local wal-mart entrances?

None of the units share any air exchange or utilities, and the unit that is recorded to have had meth use has a completely separate entrance as well .

@Curt Smith I dont compare it to be much different than low end properties with a lower entrance (much lower) point and actually slightly better tenants, that's just my 2 cents worth.

To come to Silicon Valley most are already equipped with high achievement scores, Ivy League entrance qualification. 

The more entrance and Exit strategies you know for flipping your cash, the more opportunities present themselves to you.
