Advani encourages a focus on sustainable practices, long-term tenant relationships, and continuous learning to adapt to new technologies and regulations.

The agent in Columbus was encouraging of buying long term rentals in C neighborhoods while the agent in Raleigh was promoting short term rentals in B areas in Raleigh and Durham.

They are great and easy to use this way and I encourage it.Good luck!
