Martel did this in cleveland and you should read those threads as well. 

Pop into the forum just on flipping and you will get a ton of value just from reading.

BO is ramping up their employment now, my new tenant will be working with HR at the site and will be onboarding lots of folks over the next 2-3 years!

@Shakthi Kamal read copy and paste advice below.For cashflow, you'll be looking at mostly Class C properties/tenants.Be SURE you UNDERSTAND what this means or your expectations won't match reality!

I think you'd have to read their TOS, make your interpretation, run it past an attorney & then give it a try!
