Once again, it's important to use numbers when making quality decisions.

Would it be frowned upon to use a seperate personal account strictly for the business until I get back to the states in about 6 months to phyiscally go and open a business checking account.

Had older heat system that needed to be updated.

To me it seems way less intimidating to think about becoming a real estate developer in those communities rather than LA, SF, Miami, NYC, etc. 

I pay a neighbor's kid $10 a week to roll 2 cans down to the street and back.

He's an agent with RE/MAX, one of the largest franchises with a great training program and a lot of tools for their agents to use and build a successful business.

@Sean Anthony to us, this situation is really no different than a nonpaying tenant.We try to work with tenants, as "life happens", while keeping pressure on them by moving forward with the eviction process.
