It is also near downtown, and conveniently located within a short drive to other business districts, so we get some inquiries from professionals.

Multi-units here tend to cash flow best in B or C class neighborhoods like Oildale (North Bakersfield), Northeast Bakersfield, Downtown, and places immediately West of the 99 freeway.

I'll be looking to buy a small multi in the downtown area next year so hopefully there will be more real change by then :)

My wife would like to buy a Condo in the downtown area that would cost us about 2k a month in mortgage payment with our savings.

But you look at downtown Nashua and there doesn't seem to be much to draw in millennials and younger people to it.

Why not find a real deal below market then you might actually be able to cash flow and if / when prices drop in the next downtown you are protected ?

After some breakfast in downtown, I was picked up by my real estate agent/friend to check out the property.

I've also seen a couple of scratch and dent stores on 45 between downtown and the beltway north.
