The longer your domain is in use, the higher you will rank in the search engines.

You still don't have the right to anything with the property until a court takes the owners rights from them (Which good luck convincing them to take a property that has been paid on without imminent domain or some such).

@Conner Olsen Thanks for the post... we have a long term rental near the Domain and soccer stadium and were contemplating converting it to a 30+ day STR.
