I'd change the white to cream and the gray to blue, put in some flowering bushes where the grass is along with some bark. 

She was all peaches and cream and led me to believe that she was "my guy".

I used to practice martial arts with a guy whose job was to squirt the cream into twinkies.

@Cody L. fairly certain the state of CA will shut down folks for advertising homes they don't own. there is a link right on the website.. and there was a module about it when I did my CA brokers CE.I'll be the first to admit that locking up a property that you don't intend to buy is a cheese ball move.  

A buttery cream may be your good second color.

Commercials properties, lease options, single fam, multi f, storage unit, whole life insurance (be your own bank), small business(ice cream shop), airbnb,etc...

They earn a living when the field they’re selling in is “hot”, and exit as soon as the cream is removed or the low hanging fruit has been pulled.  

Open a business, ice cream, candy etc, GOOD LUCK 

If you are creating a hit list to solicited for marketing purposes, I suggest you create a search criteria that eliminates the crap from the cream.
