Frederick Maryland's Board of Aldermen passed legislation back in July that prohibits landlords from increasing rents or charging late fees until 180 days after Maryland's coronavirus state of emergency is lifted. 

The place doesn’t look too appealing to me but they like the relative freedom from cal coronavirus lockdowns, party atmosphere, lower house prices and favorable gun laws.

The CARES Act made it possible for those who were impacted by the coronavirus to defer payments and have it not negatively affect their credit.

Worse, in a county of 10 million residents, the coronavirus has had a disproportionate effect on Latinos, who comprise 40 percent of the state's population but 55 percent of all confirmed Covid-19 cases and 46.5 percent of all deaths.

What they're not considering is RISK (see Coronavirus) and PEACE.Wipe out the debt first.
