Joseph Gozlan  I bet you are inadvertently buying stolen condenser units.. its a regional sport in the south and mid west..

I was doing a closing in Atlanta last year and was at the closing attornies office and asked why it was so hot.. ( my condenser units were stolen last night) and this was a nice part of Atlanta not the hood at all....We just don't have those issues by and large on the west coast.. but to be fair and balanced I did have my first unit stolen in Oregon last year..On a personal Note I lived at Silverado CC from 90 to 2001 and was and is one of the great places in the world to live..

The condensation from the line has been dripping and pooling underneath the house on the plastic covering the ground.  

Needed to replace coils and condensers.

For those of you who are aware of what prices did at Lake Tahoe in the last 25 years for lake front and lake view....condense that down to the next 10 years here in Puerto Vallarta for ocean front and ocean view properties.

. $2500 for an AC condenser. $750 for the fridge.

They also like to eat through AC ducts to either cool off or get to water / condensation.  

The issue is much larger than we thought and we have to install an entire new condenser.

Seems strange, but I do not make the rules.I have owner builder permits open currently for a patio cover, new gas line, new electrical outlets and a new AC condenser. 

That's almost enough to simlpy put a new one in.If it's the condenser, that can sometimes be easily fixed.
