Despite all the headwinds the city faces, I really believe Chicago is a big winner in 15-20 years to climate migration.

Not sure if that would grow in the arid climate.

It must be specific to markets but how does it change with economic climate?

I know some states have better climate for businesses (like Nevada and Delaware) but I doubt our LLCs would ever approach the size where those business friendly states would make a difference.

Due to the overall regulation-happy climate, I worry about future scope creep impacting me. 

In the last 3 1/2 years the currency lost almost 30% of its value and most of it was pre-covid- The political climate is not the most stable.

I'm originally from a humid climate and I'll take the dry/hot temps any day of the week compared to 85 F and 85% humidity! 

Since I can't reasonably deny that measurable climate change is happening, it's very likely that climate is not going to be nice to a lot of the coastal development happening in this country now, and especially not nice at all to the Southern states.

South Fl has been a rocky climate.
