The really good looking ones, (those will tell you screw mentors... for wholesaling), and the not-so-goodlooking ones, smell a little funny, bad teeth and are mean to baby kitties, that will tell you to look for a mentor.See... looking for a mentor or not doesn't depend on the niche you are trying to get into... unless you want to become a doctor .. or a licenced engineer or some lame profession like that.See you needing a mentor or not depends on YOU!

It’s best to use someone who is repeatedly doing what you’re trying to doDon’t go to an eye doctor for hand surgery. although doctors are usually smart enough to tell you it’s not what they do. 

So far at most we clean once a month when the cleaner has to take her mother to the doctor, etc. 

While we are doctors, we are currently in our residency so our net income is ~80k.

I’m thankful for it though because I spent a ton of time driving from doctor’s office to doctor’s office listening to BiggerPockets and real estate investing books.

Won't be for a couple of weeks though as I have several doctor's appointments over the next week and a half or so.

When professionals (e.g. lawyers, CPAs, doctors, dentists, etc.) give advice to non-professionals, most of us try to be conservative.

You could have a lawyer review it, or tone it down to only include the doctor note.
