- is furniture included?

The really big cost increases for us this year have been removing furniture that has been abandoned.

I am self-employed making good money, however, I have that mortgage, my own place which I rent, 2 cars under my name, and I financed furniture for the rental place and for my new apartment.

The building offers full-service amenities, including a 24-hour doorman, onsite management, a pool, an observation deck, a children's pool, an indoor playground, a Jacuzzi, tennis courts, and a yoga & gym facility.

Street parking is not an option.Second, I am comfortable with traveling nurses as I feel there is a certain amount of safety with that profession, but I work as a firefighter and am gone for 2-4 days at a time and am cautious about who will be on the property with my wife and children.

HJTA is sponsoring an effort to fix California’s Prop 19 by restoring the ability to transfer property to children upon the parent's death WITHOUT reassessment and WITHOUT the often HUGE increase in property tax.

Like other mid-term rentals, I assume you will supply all furniture and kitchen/household equipment? 

Most of the insurance, exterior maintenance, water/sewer, cable/wifi, furniture, smallware, included.

But I don't believe those risk apply to me because I plan be an owner occupant, I have a pretty good credit score (720)  and a combine income with my spouse of 70K (no children yet).
